Former Patriots employee Matt Walsh has additional copies of Spygate tapes, "including one of the St. Louis Rams' walkthrough prior to Super Bowl XXXVI in 2002." If true, go ahead and put an asterisk on all three of New England's Super Bowl "wins" -- the legacy would be unquestionably tainted. The tapes haven't been turned over to the NFL because Walsh is not satisfied with the legal protection that he's been offered. He wants to be able to keep a copy of the tapes for himself so that he can defend himself against future allegations and charges. Basically so that he can prove to people that he's not lying. Sounds like a reasonable request considering NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell's track record for destroying evidence unnecessarily. The link below offers more details on the legal stalemate between Walsh's lawyers and the NFL, and the 60-second video below pokes fun at Bill Belicheat & Co.
