Roger Clemens used steroids. He used them multiple times at various points in his career. If that isn't true I invite Roger Clemens to sue me for slander. Here is how it works ladies and gentleman, and this is the litmus test to how you can tell that Game of Shadows, the Mitchell Report, hell even Canseco's book are all spot on accurate: If they aren't sued for slander . . . it is true. If Roger Clemens didn't use steroids you can damn well bet your ass that he will sue Brian McNamee. And me. But he won't. Because he used 'roids! No matter how much his lawyer bitches and moans about how unfair all of this is and how Clemens doesn't have any recourse remember it is all PR bullshit spin and rhetoric. Clemens and everyone else has a very clear method of recourse. Sue the shit out of everyone saying you used steroids. Once, when Juwan Howard found himself accused of rape in DC, he sued his accuser for ONE DOLLAR. And won. He cleared his name unequivocally. Bonds, Clemens, Big Mac, Sosa, and Palmeiro won't do one thing through the court system because they've all been caught. Actually, now that I think about it, he can't sue me for slander. Because I didn't say anything, I wrote it, which is actually libel. Just in case you missed it I'll write it again: Roger Clemens used steroids. ps - Roger do yourself and your legacy a big favor: own up. Is it too much to ask for someone to take some god damn accountability in this whole insane mess?
